With more than 7 years as an Advisor in bioprocesses, advising producers and/or micro-enterprises in the wine and brewing sector, on installation projects, process improvement and quality. Oenology specialist in extension projects and wine consultant. As a researcher he has contributed to the technical-scientific knowledge of the wine sector with the publication of scientific articles on issues of our flagship drink Pisco, in the Journal of the Chemical Society of Peru; He has participated as an oral speaker at the XVI Latin American Congress of Viticulture and Oenology (2019) and as a speaker at the First Latin American Conference on Wines and Heritage Varieties, representing Peru (2020).
